Hey all, if you like sublime thought you may want to read a letter that Brad wrote shortly before he died from the band that he covered "smoke 2 joints" from. A lot of people think sublime wrote that but they just did the cover of it and wrote the original band to let them know how cool it was that they didn't sue. Good read, especially the end, it's very true.

Damn. Sublime has been my favorite band for a LOOONG time. It does suck that Brad Nowell had to die like that. Fucking with heroine and all that rank shit is just senseless. But mos'def just stick the herb.

yeah i love em....but they definatly "covered" A LOT of other artist's songs....like most on their almbums....and...worst of all...I know people who saw them right before bradley died and they said that the band couldnt get their shit together...they were all doped up...couldnt remember their lyrics or tunes....were picking fights with fans in the audience and so on....
i love em, have every album. robbin the hood is my favorite.
