I think there's a good chance it's fake, just somebody trying to shock people. But assuming, on the odd chance, that it's true, she can be charged with murder for each person she knowingly infected. There's a guy in Canada who recently was convicted of 6 murder charges for having sex with 6 women. He knew he had HIV, didn't tell any of them, and now is paying the consequences. And rightly so IMO.
