im pretty sure i have a physical soon, and the only reason ive been passing my drug tests is fake urine, and if i get a urine test, they cant test for drugs right?

im pretty sure i have a physical soon, and the only reason ive been passing my drug tests is fake urine, and if i get a urine test, they cant test for drugs right?
Is it just a regular dr's appt? If so, why would he/she test for drugs? I don't believe they test for drugs unless they notify you first.
