smoked too much today...

i recently got some danks and decided to sit down and smoke about 1.5 g's in one sitting out of my 4.5ft zong(stretches to 6ft even).

after my second hit i lost my breath and couldnt breathe... my heart started to race and my chest was hurting as if my heart was about to burst. then it all of a sudden stopped beating for about 4 secs(i was holding my chest at this poiint) and started beating again at a very irregular rate(maybe 120bpm) and my chest was hurting and my head was punding, i litterally thought i had just gone through a heart attack...

i have never had a bad experience before in all tyhe years i have smoked. this has almost ruined the beautiful plant for me :(

i almost called 911 too lol

yea, I thought I got laced shit once because I felt similar to that. Only I wound up over a toilet sweating like crazy, and then puked. Sometimes It just fucks with you to show you whos boss.

That's happened to me before, usually it's because i'm slouched over or just stood up, but it's damn freaky. A lot of the time i lose my sight for a couple seconds while the blood returns to my brain. Whenver I have an irregular heartbeat occurance, I usually step back and try to get some actual oxygen into my body, as usually I've been power toking.

Bro, out of a four footer...that's why they call them "Suiciders" I would recommend toning the size of your bong down, I have an 18 in. and thats seriously all that I can handle. I've hit a five footer before and to tell you the truth I really don't like them, it is too much air to suck through so you have to clear in a couple of breaths and the smoke in the chamber gets stale and rank. My advice is go with a smaller bong

hehe, was just trying to get the full affect out of the weed i had... guess i shoulda started off with my 16in heavy, needless to say i will be smoking from the vaporizor for awhile until im comfortable with glass again :)

i tried getting oxygen, stood straight up, arms in the air, breathing deep breaths(trying to calm my heart down) and nothing seemed to work...

called my doctor(he knows i smoke) and told him the story, he says that it could have been inhaling to much smoke or it might have been a panic attack. i was concerned i might have had a heart attack but he says that the way i described my symptoms that what i experienced was much less then a heart attack. and for that reason, anyone who has survived a heart attack has my respect, that has to be some scary ass/painful shit

sounds like a panic attack to me... every once in a while I get that, sometimes even from the tiniest little hit, and all of a sudden i freak and i think i'm going to die, and everything spins... yeah, just don't let yourself get carried away with it, once you realize that it's just part of the trip you chill and enjoy the intensity of the ganj. good luck with those.
