I just received a letter from Randy Brush today. I thought Iâ??d share it with everyone, since much of it is Randyâ??s replies to the responces to my posting about his situation.

Wow! Thatâ??s a great letter. So many people! Iâ??ll do my best not to forget anyone. And lots of cool info, too! Thank you. (On the back side of my letters, I print abstracts of medical studies that involve cannabis and occational news articles. Randy enjoys them.-SC) While Iâ??m thinking of it can you print up the Chinese words for â?? Jason, Pierce, king, man, Brush, RJ, Cody, NORML, medicine? And how do you read Chinese? Left to right? Right to left? Bottom to top? I donâ??t remember. (I did some Chinese caligraphy and sent Randy his name in Chinese- I seem to have started something!--SC)

Moose Eaterâ??Thank you. I did my best to prepare my 3 children (11-12-14) for what was about to happen to me. I continue to advise them via letters. Itâ??s been 6 months since Iâ??ve seen them. :( Intil Iâ??m free, Iâ??ll do my best to stir up the pot from inside and cost them as much money as possible. And if I could do an interview from here, I would. If not, perhaps I could answer written questions.
James Bongâ??NO priors. Clean Pre-sentence Investigation (PSI). I could have gotten 5 years since SB2â??s modification passed (2/06). Itâ??s judgeâ??s discretion. More like abuse of power. (I can hardly wait for him to see my medical bill. That plus court costs & attorneys fees and such Iâ??ll never pay. As of this date my guess is itâ??s near $50,000.00)

Some good news and bad. The badâ?¦Donâ??t send me any money! Theyâ??ll just take it and give it to the courts. Send money to Tonya, Cher or Jim Cowen (see below for Tonyaâ??s web site- SC). They will put the money towards my appelate attorneyâ??s fees. The goodâ?¦They had to give back my disability monies, most of them, Iâ??m working/fighting for the rest. So my commissary will be OK for a few months. My attorney feels my appeal will go through and Iâ??ll be out maybe by December! :) If some people would like to send me something and donâ??t have much, ask them to send prepaid business sized envelopes. I can get 3 envelopes in each letter and up to 5 letters at one time. That way I can write to everyone and it will save me money on my commissary. :) Gonna write some other folks now.
