harvest season going crazy

My plant instead of having the middle or lower set of leaves i only have the top becasue the leaves kept on dying



My question is will there be new bud sites on the middle and bottom part of my plant even though it has no leaves in the middle or bottom but only stem will there still be new bud sites on the middle or bottom set even thought i have no leaves??????

hmm some buds should develop aint to sure would be helpful if u posted pic ? :)
