2 Important question for my 1st plants to surive

My plant is starting to flower and the almost all the leaves have a brown dead tip at the end but it still got a good color going expect for the brown tip think anyway my question is

if most of the leaves die will my plant still countine to bud?

does the bud grow faster depending on how much sunlights it gets?

No - MJ only buds when the amount of light it gets decreases - either buss gradually (naturally, as fall/winter approaches), or quickly (indoors when grower switches light period, usually from 18 hrs/day to 12). I'm not sure if you meant stronger (more intense) light or longer light period by "how much sunlight it gets". If you start giving it more sunlight as in a longer period, the plant will get confused if it's already starting to bloom and will probably try to go back to vegetative stage - not something you want to do.
