I would like some help with my question..
I'm about to go into the air force... Yeah, im a stoner, but I plan on quitting from now on so I can enlist and go places. I can enlist whenever I want, so I dont have to take the drug test until I decide. My question is, today is my last day of smoking.. I got my fairwell bag and my pipe packed for the occasion since this is the last time in 4 to 6 years. Since im smoking today, when is the soonest I can expect to pass a UA if I have been smoking everyday for the last few years. If there is anything that can speed up the process of getting it out of my system, im all ears.
I know i'd have to wait till November to actually enlist if I just wait 30-45 days or so, I was hoping there was a method of speeding it up and if there was a method of testing myself to see if I test clean after a certain period of time.
I am 18, so I can buy a UA myself, but where would I pick one up without going online?
It would be much appreciated if I had some answers to some of my questions so I can enlist sooner rather then later... I'd like to quit my f'n job soon as well, but I cant do that until I know im going into the air force. McDonalds is a horrible place to work!

Hey mickey D's isn't so bad...lol I used to be a former crew member and hated cleaning the shake machine.
It can take between 30-60 days to be out your system fully for a Urine test. Hair test can go pass 90+ days. This also depends on your weight, exercise regimen, your diet, metabolism, how much you smoke, how potent the trees are you smoked and other things. If you are pretty much in good shape, exercise everyday, take multivitamins and drink your average amounts of water, I believe you should be clean around 30-45 days, if not earlier. You can purchase drug test at local pharmacies (walgreens, rite aid, etc), but it is easier and cheaper to purchase online. THC is fat soluable, so you need to burn fat and obtain a high metabolism.

Exercise is the biggest thing that can help speed up the process. Make sure you stop 4-5 days before the test because that extra THC that gets metabolized from the fat cell ends up in the pee so chill with the exercise the final 4-5 days. A low fat diet during the exercise time can help too. A high fiber diet can be of a little extra help too because some THC is eliminated through feces. It isn't going to help as much as the other two but it will help a little.
Go to a drug store or your local megamart. They are usually kept with the supplies for diabetic blood sugar machines. If you ask someone to help you sometimes even they don't know because they can be stupid that way so be persistent. Sometimes they are kept behin the pharmacy counter but don't require anything special. They are just there so they are not stolen. Online auction sites really are the cheapest though.

I need to be getting in shape for training camp anyways, so i'll be running excessivly along with push ups and sit ups... I'm still working my way threw the final bag, but as soon as thats gone, i'll be done.
I weigh about 155 and am about 5'11. With excercise, alot of water and no more toking, should I be able to take my physical the first week of November?
I would like some help with my question..
To add to my last post, im running about 1.5 miles a day, doing about 100 pushups and about 100 sit ups. I run the 1.5 miles for about 16 minutes straight through, and I divide my sit-ups and pushups between morning and night. I should be sweating off alot right?

Some THC is lost through sweat but not that much. Sweating isn't as important as aerobic activity and calories burned. Drinking lots of water for days on end before the test will not help you flush THC out any faster. Dilution the day of the test is a different story.

Remember, THC is fat soluable. You have to burn fat to get rid of it, sweating means your having a good workout. Good Workout (especially plenty of Cardio) = burning fat. So sweating has little to do with it. Just keep up that regimen you stated earlier and you'll be clean in no time for the drug test.

You don't have to burn fat to get rid of THC, it justs speeds up the process a little. Your body will constantly metabolize and get rid of THC because fat receives blood whether or not you are working out and the liver and kidneys will filter that blood.

Well burning fat will just speed it up i meant... A little exercise shouldn't kill anyone.
