Well this product doesn't take hardly any electricity to run and it will cool more efficiently the hotter and drier it is. So if you live in a hot dry place this is a good product, mine will be here in a bit and ill post the results.

looks like a humidifier to me and that would be bad during the flower stage as mold will grow from the humidity in the air
"So if you live in a hot dry place" yea if your in Flordia and in flower Its not a good idea...it works in hot dry places where added humidity is a plus. And its a swamp cooler not a humidifier...even though it humidifies it also cools.
I took notice of your 'dry climate' reference, but, in a closed space, a swamp cooler will quickly elevate humidity to bad levels ... we use them in this part of the country in place of air-conditioning .. it's cheaper, electricity-wise, but I use an air-conditioner instead, I can't stand the humidity those things create ... :smokin:
Well in the setup I have Its more of a room and has an outside air supply also..its a balance, you could use a small one blowing directly on the plants or if its worth it get a dehumidifier also and its still way cheaper than A/C power wise. You can use a staple gun and some 4mil contractors plastic and create a environment barrier also....In creating optimum conditions the rewards out weigh the initial cost.
This works pretty good...on a hot day it blows 10 degrees cooler right over the plants. Just got it. I also have a large area and a fresh air intake for the room.
