change skins?

how do i go about changing my skin or w/e you call it you know like the colors for the fourm background and whatnot?

I think that has to be an option added by administrators.

and it should be in the bottom left corner. the Weedbase skin is softer on the eyes...but that's just me.

Yeah, I can't see that option either. Strange. Maybe only moderators/cafe members can change skins?

i clicked on someones thread in here and my skin changed just for thatone thread so i know it can be done i just need to know if i have that option :confused:
