stupid idea that might work

ok so me and my friend r trying to find out a good place to grow at, and we cant do it outside because last time i did that a fuckin deer ate my plants, and there is other problems like bugs and rain and stuff. We cant grow indoors because my dad isnt sposed to know. so ill get to the point.

we are thinking of going out into the forest next to my house and building a tiny little shelter out of wood to grow the plant in with a light. now we only have one problem that is we dont know how to get power into the woods that far. We were thinking about it and mabey they have battery powered lights???

My friends idea was to get a car battery and hook the light up to that but i was doubting his idea cuz i dunno how we could hook up a light to a car battery, but mabey you guys would know.

any suggestions??

i don't know enough about the logistics of battery life, cost, etc. but it sounds skechy. i would just attempt to grow outside again and maybe get a dear repelant plant.

grow outside but put chicken wirre around it so they cant eat it

No. Just no. Don't waste your time. It will not work.

well we cant grow outside because winter is coming, and theres not enough sunlight around here anyways so this is the only thing that could possibly work, so you guys think i should just forget it and not grow???

hey acra, what happens when you leave that tiny light on the ceiling of your car on whiel your car if off? it completely drains that massive car battery in just a few hours. there NO WAY you could get the power to support a bright light from a battery.


i think what you should do is wait till next spring to grow outside

Its a heck of a lot easier to make a deer proof garden than construct a shack in the woods and power it up. And waaaay cheaper. Like 4gan2ja0 said...chicken wire man...chicken wire.
Besides, a grow shack will get nabbed before camo'd plants.
But if youre going for the shack idea make a transparent roof for the sunlight to penetrate.

If you make a transparent roof you'll have to start next year. If you plant outside you'll have to start next year. You can buy a generator, but all of that's pretty expensive, especially if you're looking to hook up some HID's.

You know what I would suggest? Wait. Wait and learn. Learn a lot. There's so much information for growers out there, and it'll all help you grow these amazing plants if you keep to it. Go down in the grow section and start looking around. When you're ready to grow, start asking questions. That's why I came to this site, and you have no idea how much help it's been.

ya i really feel i dont need to wait, because i have already done it twice, its just every time ive done it ive failed but this time i wont fail cuz i know how to not screw up now. anyways ya i guess ill just do that transperent roof thing once spring comes around it looks im out of other options
