whats better for intake and exhaust

i have two fans,one is 250cfm and one 70cfm.what i want to know which one is better for intake and which is better for exhaust

exhaust the bigger one. Intake the smaller.

well i have it going the other way will that work

Why are you asking the question, to feel good about what you're doing?

The bigger one is to remove the heat and the smaller one to add some fresh air. You can do it the other way around as long as your temps are good and your providing fresh air.
