Ecstacy Testing?

so i just took Ecstacy and im rollen pretty hard cuz i snorted it, and i was wondering how long Ecstacy will stay in my system, and how i could make that time period that it stays in me shorter, cuz i get random drug tests...all help is appreicated..thanks
