Passing drug test-would this help?

Ok, the problem here seems to be like this-derivatives of the breakdown of THC stay lodged in the fatty tissues in the brain, and these are released as it breaks down, which is why it stays in the system for so long. So, it seems to me that doing as much excercise as poss beforehand to work it out would help. Eat as little fatty food as you can. Then, the day or two before, drink lots of water to flush your system clean. Then the night beforehand and the morning, eat lots of fatty, salty food to saturate your urine and so that your body is occupied breaking this fat down rather than your body fat. Again with plenty of water. This, I feel, would minimise THC by-products in your urine, while filling it with other fats and salts, making it look less like a dodgy sample. What does anyone think? Any comments, stories or any info whatsoever would be appreciated...
