I've noticed lately that whenever I take those huuuuuuuuge hits that make you practically cough up a lung afterwards my eyes get very red. Does anybody else get red eyes after coughing a lot? Or do you think it's just the massiveness of the hit that does it?
That shouldnt really be happening, it happens to me now and again but u should look into how your breathing, try taking a slower hit or not as big or just experiment with how u breathe. People normally get red eye when theyre stoned so its a good thing
therez nuttin better then hackin a lung off a nice rim packed bowl. itz perfectly normal 2 cough, in fact, coughin actually getz most ppl higher az it scratchez yer airway while forcing smoke out ov it, allowin more thc into the body at different entrancez than juss in the lungz. red eyez r also perfectly normal when yer high, an i must say, if u say uve been smokin pot fer yrz, but have never gotten red eyez, yer either smokin grass frum sum1'z lawn er rlly rlly shitty pot. rlly good pot usually iz harsher then shitty pot which iz usually smoother. so when u find that itz hard 2 keep yerself frum coughin, keep in my mind itz a good thing, except fer the throat burn u'll experience fer a few minz after haha.

THC is a bronchial dilator, which means it opens up your lungs, that's why you get that unsuppressable cough. it's better just to let yourself cough, cos you actually cough out a lot of the bad shit that's in your lungs (carcinogens etc).
I've never actually been able to figure out the red-eye thing. if i cough really hard for any reason (stoned or not) my eyes usually water or go red, but as for when i smoke up, it seems like sometimes my eyes are white as normal when i'm fucked, sometimes i look fucked when i'm not that baked at all, but most of the time when i'm baked my eyes are just a bit glazed and yellowy... but yeah it does seem like different bud has different red-eye impact. wierd.
