Good little read on Dream Yoga

Very interesting stuff. I've personally been meditating for months now and definitely seeing some comparison to this.
Makes me wonder about evolution.. and awareness..

That's a really good article Dannyman! I've really begun to wonder recently if meditation and the still, clear perception of self and it's non-permanent form was due to a melding of the conscious and unconscious, a means of making them work in unison on the same conscious level, thereby allowing the greatest control over ones mind when it all becomes clear and working under your own perfect awareness. This really seems to give a good perspective on how that could work.

hmmmmmm.... I hope that all comes out coherent though, I'm pretty high right now.

It actually makes perfect sense my friend!
That's the way I see it, and the article couldn't have said it better, hence the reason I posted it here.
Very interesting..I just wish I could get myself to meditate more.
