OK to flower?

These are our babies. We are planning to switch to 12/12 in a week. They are between 10" and 14".
Four of the six showed female preflowers. Is that a good sign?
The second picture shows a plant that's been topped 3 days ago.
Please tell me what you think, will it be a decent yield? 50-100 grams would suffice. :D

personally, i would wait another week, that topped plant needs a bit of time to recover, and it should have new shoots by then. then i would hit em with the 12/12.

you shouldnt have any problem getting 50-100 grm out of those
