Will my ticket stand in court?

Well let me tell u wat happened first...

I live in wisconsin, just got off work around 11:15 p.m., went to pick up one of my friends for a roady, smoked a nice nugget bowl, I had nothing in my car that was illegal at all, i just cleaned it, my dumbass friend droped a bowl cap from his pipe and couldn't find it, I droped him off at 11:30 p.m. When I was driving home I got a phone call from a friend who was at a little party, he had a bag of fireworks and other pyrotechnical stuff and said to come over to pick him and a couple other people up to go launch fireworks at cows and tip them over and fun stuff, so i get there, never went inside cause everyone came out when i got there, the small party consisted of 11 people and 2 other cars, 2 people went home right as i pulled into the parking lot, I walk up to the door when everyone runs out all pumped up to go cow tipping.... yeah we're from wisconsin.... so my car is full and my friend has a bag of fireworks on the floor infront of him, so as we were driving down the street the party was on, a motorcycle cop comes driving the other way, busts a U turn and follows us for about 1/4 of a mile then flips his lights and sirens and pulls me over at 11:48 p.m., we sit there for a while then another squad comes up, an officer approaches the vehicle on the passenger side and asks if bryant was in the car, he was, then he asked for everybodys I.D., then he went back for a while, then, slowly, one by one, two cops came and took each kid out one at a time, felt them down, and sent them into the back of the squad, they found some of my friends fireworks in his pockets, I asked the cop why i was pulled over and he said I was fleeing the scene which he was called to for a noise violation, so one by one, my car emptied out, i was last and they told me to get out of the vehicle, they asked what medications i was on and told them adderall and tylenol, but my eyes were bloodshot and i was stoned pretty bad, i was messing up my words, i said i was like this cause i was tired and had a headache and just got off of work. they then tested me to see if i was baked.... omg i thought, but i passed! yay, they then said i had a problem, i was dumbfound cause i had no clue but, my license had a restriction, i could only be driving with an adult 21 or older or a driving instructor.... wtf... i never new anything about this?????!!!!! I got my license over 11 months ago so i was off of my probationary license and could have more then one person in my car, I had no clue about the restriction, they said that i got it because of a speeding ticket i got earlier in the year, I only thought that they lessened the points they'd take off of my drivers license and lessened the money i had to pay, they never once said anything about a restriction being applied to my license, so... im standing on the sidewalk with the two piggys, my car is all locked but the passengers window was open, one of the cops tried to open the door but it was locked, I said, "You cannot search my car" they said they were going to just take out the fireworks and lighter (Wich was a small shotgun but was a lighter) that were on the floor in the front passengers side, but, then, they both completely searched my car and trunk and found that friggin bowl cap! I was telling them the whole time that they needed a warrent to search my car and that everything they found that was illegal was not mine, it was soooooooooooooooo very obviouse that all the things they found belonged to everyone who used to be in my car, I told them, Andrew had the bag of fireworks and i never saw or knew about anything else they found in the car because my friends left it all in the car when they left, so they left all their illegal stuff in my car. after one of the cops found the bowl cap they both steped up everything and talking pissed off and crackin down on me, shaking the bowl cap in my face yelling smell that!!! THATS POT!!! they then put everything on the roof of the car and asked whos stuff is this? I said I had no clue and at that point, they both grabed me, put me in cuffs and said, "You are under arrest, you're going to jail, you're car is being towed!!! WTF!!! I kept yelling "WHY AM I BEING ARRESTED!?!?!" and they said the fancy term cops say for lying! I then said I never saw any of the stuff on the roof get into my car except for the bag of fireworks which was my friends, i kept telling them none of the things were mine, then, they un-arrested me and gave me my ticket for violating a resctrition, and said i could go home....................... what the fuck?

so my questions are...

Will this ticket stand up in court?
The cops never asked me formally for my drivers license and registration
They searched my car when I told them not to
They pulled me over for no reason, I was never at the party
They arrested me, and then un-arrested me
provided me with false information, it turns out i could only drive with one passanger instead of with only an adult

What everyone in the car told the cops...

I picked up my friends to take them to one of their houses because they needed to leave, I did this because i didn't want any of my friends to get a curfue ticket. then all that shit happened.....

How am i gonna do in court?

ok the searching your car part you can deffinantly get them with, trust me got busted for half ounce cause they did that shit to me, they are legaly not allowed to search your car if they have no warrent but they can if they have probability and even if they have probability it dosnt matter to much they still need a warrent, and the other stuff good luck with that not to sure.

They can search your car when an arrest is made, or if they can smell or see or hear something illegal. What the motorcycle popo said is right, if he was responding to a call and your car and the passengers fit the description, he has legal right to make a stop and or an arrest. You got to watch out what you say to the popos, the best thing is say nothing, if they ask for you lic., reg. and prof of ins. give it to him and dont say a word. Get your ticket and if they ask to search say no. They got about 15 minutes to detain you to get a drug dog there. And they dont have to tell you that your free to go. The courts have ruled that 15 minutes is long enough to detain a motorist. Wait the 15 then leave.
