Del....A moment of your time PLZ!! :)

yoiu responded to my trichome post (THX BTW), anyway, this year was my first grow, and it is from bag seed. I do have a sativa that is still growing, outdoors ( long and tall and lanky), showing many flowers but not filling out yet enough i.e. No Big Buds/Cola, but a HUGE plant (sorry no pic ) I am in the Northern Hemisphere ( Northern/East Coast of the U.S ). I hate to see her go to waste...I believe temps will hold out for me for another 10 days or so.....I guess my question for you is how long do sativas take to finish, and should I just harvest her and dry her ? Is it worth it?
