Hey which south bay. There's other bays too. If your in S.F. and you don't know where to get a license. Well your probably too stoned to need one. Or too stupid to search yahoo or canorml.org or google. I mean seriously your fuckin lazy. Just ask someone instead of looking myself, lazy lazy lazy thinking. If your in the LA south bay do the same shit.
