How do you inhale correctly to get high? Do you suck smoke from pipe/roach/whatever you using, hold in mouth, then open mouth and inhale normal air hard? or do you suck smoke from whatever your using and open you throat so it automatically goes into your lungs? help
take it straight through as if you were just inhaling through your mouth like normal:thumbsup:
Breath in as deep as you can, all the way straight down to your lungs. After the smoke is in, keep inhaling. The average human doesn't use %100 of their lungs, so smoking is a good way to break them in. Your lungs go all the way down to the bottom of your rib cage, so if your a first time smoker you have some work to do. Also, if it burns, TAKE IT LIKE A MAN, AND SMOKE SOME MORE BEEYOTCH!:rasta:
what i showed my GF cause she wasnt too sure either take the hit in your mouth then suck in a bunch of air after like gasping for air worked for her until she learned her own way
