Few questions on lighting.

Hey guys, I'm going to start my grow project in a few weeks but I'm still choosing which lights to place in my cabinet. I expect the cabinet to be somewhere around 40" high, 25-30" Wide and ~20" deep. I'm planning to place one 150-200 watt HPS blub and a 100-200 MH bulb (Also confused on the amount of lighting needed from the MH), so I did some searching and found this site for my HPS & MH:

Would these work for my cabinet and grow? I'll be making my own ghetto reflector and putting them together under it. And as for the CFL lighting, what would be the wattage I should be looking for and how many CFL's, if any, should I get? So thats it and thanks in advance, much appreciated. :rasta:

P.S My ideas are just from information gathered while looking on cannabis.com and some other sites, so correct me on anything I've got wrong.
