That's funny, I've always heard that in the states they consider one seed as equivalent to a fully grown plant. So they charge you accordingly. Maybe I heard wrong though.
I think that seeds are legal in Oregon, but in the US for the most part they are the same as having buds. Basically, in the US, if you have anything associated with the use of cannabis they can arrest you.
HHMMMM so no realy straight answer, But it is posible to have them shiped to canada off the web?
I believe its not cannabis that's illegal but THC and some other chemicals...seeds don't contain any THC nor does hemp which is grown for commercial purposes
No, they aren't. Every part of a marijuana plant = marijuana in the US. If you have a pound of seeds you're going to jail for having a pound of weed. If you have a pound of stems you're going to jail for having a poind of weed.Quote:
