Plant Is Bitten,Shriveling,just fucked what do i do???

ok my plant is like 3 weeks old and its been growing with another plant in another pot an the other one is beautiful and growing healthy but this one os just looking like fuck,what can i do to make it recover i mean it keeps growing its leaves nad all but somethings eating it i think cus theres bite marks and the leave is like yellow and brown and droopycould i buy repelent for the plant and then use fertilizer to get it back on its feet,someone please help!!!

the plants are fighting each other.and the weaker one is losing.

no you dont understand i said there in seperate pots

oh sorry,going to need all your info on your grow.are you growing outdoors?
