MH to HPS light system? Comments?

Just wondering if this looks like something I should invest my money in. All I'm looking to do at this point is a couple plants, nothing more. Would this be a good idea to use?

The grow space is still yet to be determined, but I would hope this would be all the lighting I need for something like a closet.

That would work very well. You could also look at CFLs for budget wise. but they will be far less powerful in the flowering stage as that light you picked.
