So I woke up to a cop!

so im sleepin in and shit, enjoying my day off, and my cat starts to meow so I get up to go let her out of my room, and I open my door, and a cop is standing right there along with another cop and a fire marshall. lol, I was only in my boxers. my roomates were already talking to them. he asked me for id and he looked in my room. I have a weed poster on my wall, my pipe was lying out and so was my weed, and the cop didnt say anything. dont know how that happened. the cops came because basically were 5 19 year old guys living in a house next to old bitch neighbors and call the cops on anything we do. It was just a funny way to wake up, and as soon as the cop left, smoke a fat bowl baby!

wtf they cant just come a searchin through your room cause they got a noise complaint or some shit, i would have snapped if he just walked into my room

no your rights and dont forget this phrase....I do not consent to any searches, he doesnt have a warrant?, he cant nose through your shit

but thats pretty sweet they let it slide

Yeah, you shouldn't consent to warrantless searches. Just because he didn't catch your ass that time doesn't mean another officer won't another time.

well my friend answered the door to them and they asked if they could come in and he said yea, and the was pretty much it, if I would of opened the door I would of said not with out a warrant for sure

darth you should put your stuff somewhere safe. if the cop saw it the only reason he didnt say anything was because he had no warrent and it wouldnt have held up in court.

He didnt tell him he could come in and the cop did anyway. Mening it was pointless to take his stash. so he didnt bother. The cop isent blind he proboly jsut didnt give a shit.
