Make sure its the right temp, Not to dry but not to humid. Have you fresh air circulating. Sometimes nutes r not good for begining. just make sure everythings clean. test your ph make sure its between 6, 6.5. but here if you post pics these guys will tell you the problem straight away. another thing growth only looks pretty slow when veging give it another week perhaps. All i can say is post pics. Puff Pipes and Peace
Thanks for the help geezer, will go and check on the situation now.
Peace up

Well said. ...SpiritLevel..dude.
Ok we are growing our skunk in a space that is 2 metres high, 1.4 metres wide and 2.8 metres long.
They have been growing for 41 days and they are 9 inches tall, we are using a 400watt High Pressure Sodium bulb and we are also using Biosept Hydrogold fertiliser.
The temparature is 27.3'C, the PH of the water is 6.8 and the PH of the soil is 6.5 (Bio-Biz All Mix)
Where are we going wrong?
And geezer is just a word for a person, not an insult, my aim was not to insult but to queery.
what size pots are they in??
do you have any pictures?>
yeah something is obviously wrong. 400watt HPS and 41 days should give you 1-2 foot plants. How far is the light away from the canopy? Have they been topped? Is there any reason they would be shocked? And yes, what size pots? That would be my first guess without knowing any details (provide more details, get a better response), is that they need to be transplanted.
You still haven't really provided enough info!!
What size pots as Racerx asked?
What is your air flow like? Do you circulate the same stale air with an oscillating fan? Is the grow space sealed with no fresh air intake?
Do you have a Max/Min Hygrometer to see if temperature goes higher of lower that the reading you get when you go take a peek? Got no pics? What strain (could be low-rider)? Professional soil or B&Q? Growing from seed?
The light is 45cm from the tips of the plants, they haven't been topped and there is no reason for them to be overly stressed.Quote:
