Just got back from drug test.. an account of my experience.

First of all, my method was going to be substitution via Quick Fix 4.0. I had read on this board that I might need to get an extra bottle in case it didn't fill the cup enough, and I'm glad I did because it didn't QUITE have enough in 1 bottle. (Thanks to the board for that piece of information.)

Anyway.. I got up this morning at 7:30AM and went to my staffing place to fill out the paperwork and have my drug test scheduled, I heated the first bottle for 9 seconds and it was reading at 96 degrees, then i taped the enclosed heater to it after shaking. Did the same to the second bottle which was a little hotter.. i made a note to myself to use the first bottle first since it looked to be more in range.

I wore swim trunks under my jeans, and placed the bottles between my thighs where they could rest in the little grooves between my thigh and my sack. Looked natural, and wasn't uncomfortable at all, and best of all it stayed warm.

Walking in, I was a nervous wreck... I was just hoping that they weren't going to ask to watch me while I did it. After waiting about an hour and a half they FINALLY called me in and by that point I really had to piss anyway...

She asks what I have in my pockets.. just keys and a phone.. and then wants me to take off my hat.. no problem. She then asks me to wash my hands, and then hands me a cup.. takes me to the restroom and instructs me not to flush.. no problem... i pull out one bottle and i start pouring in one hand while pissing with the other. I quickly notice it didn't fill all the way so i quietly pulled out the other and poured, no problems.

I leave the bathroom, she takes me to an area in a hallway and has me verify my information and sign another form, and then informs me that the results will be in later that afternoon.

I was really hoping they would tell me I passed on the spot like last time, but I guess I'll just have to wait.

Anyway, does this sound pretty standard? I'll update later this afternoon on the results...

Any reassuring would be great.. I haven't heard of anyone failing with QF4.0 unless they were being watched or because of the smell issue with a really nosy piss collector... so if I got this far, does it sound like I'm pretty solid?

I had my victory bowl already loaded and waiting for me when I got home, now I just have to wait. Will update later.

I didn't hear anything from my employer or the lab.. so I'm going to take the stance that no news is good news.

I'd say that you should be fine, I've heard that QuickFix is a reliable product.
