making hash?

how do i make hash? i have a big bacardi bottle full of stems and seeds, and i want to do something "beneficial" with them.

seeds have no THC in them, which is why you can buy them

i would say the most beneficial thing to do with that shit is plant the seeds and take the stems and get the keef off them with that one shaker method, then i guess you can press them into hash, or you could make oil
