Best Coffeeshop in Amsterdam

i LOVE A'dam, the best city in the world for getting :stoned:

have you been to Amsterdam?
i know there's many shops to choose from but if you could pick just one what would be your favourite coffeeshop? and why.


mine is 'dutch flowers' it's a lovely little shop, with by far the best weed/hash i've ever smoked. the choice is extensive, think menu at a chinese resturant, you can get lost in the choice available, weed/hash from all over the world and at a good price. the staff are friendly and very helpful, just tell them what you like to smoke and they can give you a smaller selection to choose from. :thumbsup: i have never been disapointed with the dope here, pay an average to high price from the list and you want wanna leave. :stoned:

there's normally good music being played, nice and relaxing. they also sell 'bier' which is a bonus in my book. on a good day it's nice to sit outside by the canel, smoke a pipe, drink a bier and watch all the people go about there lives.

i'd like to know what everyones favourite is even if it's the same as mine.

If so you are one lucky bastard!! Smoke ridiculous amounts for those of us who only get to visit once in a blue moon.

You know I noticed that I have EXTREMELY different shroom trips in the dam than while here. When I trip out in the US, I can just feel that there is some extremely wrong with my enviroment, I feel fake and tacky among other things..

Over there I have extremely happy trips, burden free, but ive only tripped out 4 times there so maybe I was just lucky....

i live about 100 miles from a'dam

i like the effect of the shrooms there quite relaxed trippy, they work well with the dope.
shroom's are different in england too, i've seen a few people lose it there but not here.
the shrooms in holland are like the weed/hash goverment controlled so they say how strong there allowed to be at point of sale, there sold fresh in holland now years ago you could get them dry.

most shroom shops are pretty good there's one on warmoesstraat, i don't know it's name but it's a big(for a'dam) open white shop. they have good shrooms :thumbsup:

Have you ever been to Greenhouse coffeeshop or Barneys??

Never been -- but apparently The Grey Area is a good spot for Americans.

To tell you the truth, I wouldnt care what coffeeshop was best in Amsterdam, any coffeeshop would be best in Amsterdam cuz I could fuckin buy a large variety of weed and hash and smoke in a big ass shop with other people!!!! Legally!!!!! I need to go to Amsterdam :(.

Amsterdammed give me a TOP 5 of coffeeshops that i can visit when i go :-) My hostel is next door to Stone's Cafe but i'm willing to travel anywhere! :D
