i could see if he flicked the cig....but a little bit of ash? thats a little over the top

even if he flicked it, someone told me that the filter is biodegradeable so its not illegal

ash is degradable to isnt it...didnt indians used to burn their crops down so the ash would replish the soil with nutirents in the future
