my friend will has a yellow dick, hes parranoid about his pickled penis. any ideas on wot it cud be?

Is any other part of his body yellow? Yellowed eyes? Jaundice was my first thought.

If it isn't giving him any discomfort, I'd say that it's probably ok, but you may want him to go to a doctor to get it checked out.

If he was born with it he would have had a diagnosis LONG ago.
