You don't need to feed them yet they are way to small and there is plenty of available nutes in the soil for the 1st month just plain water till they get at least 4 nodes.

I'd say that the spots may be from overfertilization. Your plant still has the round beginner leaves which contain all the nutrients a young plant needs to start. Until those fall off I would suggest not fertilizing, or if you do, do so at a very, very low concentration.

you burned your seedling. wait until the 6th set of leaves apear before ferilizing, good luck.

yes it will recover... if you put a lot of nutes in and it quickly started to burn.... flush it and use only water until it has like 4 nodes as SOF suggested... you should be fine then....
