i split it down the middle
now u knw how the cigar has 2 layers of papers
should i remove the top layer (lighter color) or remove the inside layer
help me out

the lighter colored, thin outer layer
wat happens if i leave the outer layer
once u cut it down the middle u wana lick the 2 papers togather
you want to keep it intact with both papers
Remove the top layer with that little piece on it that puts the taste in the blunt and use the second layer. With the second layer, flip that inside out. Some say it makes it burn slower. It sure has hell seems like it works for me.
roll the papers together it burns hella slow
i do prefer the outerlayer on, but if you were to remove a layer, it would be the outer one
lick the paper down and roll it, i say dont remove any layers of paper
yeah i wouldnt remove any of the paper either.. rips are my worst nightmare if you dont have any extra blunts.. if blunt rips at all you can always patch it by using a small layer of the blunt thats not being used. Good Luck :stoned:
