my plants are outside right now and they sprouted about 3 days ago. soon im going to move them to my attic and i have some setup questions.
Can i use a halogen light?
If not what are pretty much every type i can use?
Would it work good as a reflective cabinet to have a wood box with the entire inside painted matt white?
Can someone either make one or direct me to a link that has a good schedual of when to do what with the plants?

Not trying to be an asshole but go and read you lazy bum ;) . As for your questions.
1.- I wouldn't suggest moving them inside because the bug and other pest problems that could arise are just not worht it. Keep them outside if you can.
2.-Yes you can use a halogen but I wouldn't suggest it. But if you have not choice get supplemental lights as well. Flouro and CFL lights work great to compliment or just plain grow the plant and are good if your are in a economic crunch. If you have cash HID (high intensity dishcharge) lights like HPS (high pressure sodium) and MH (metal halide) work great. Also, if you can get reflectors for them as well. Just becareful and know your house wiring if you are going to use HID lights. I would suggest CFL lights if its your first grow cause they are cheap and the reflectors can be found at your local hardware store for about 7-10 bucks.
3.-If you are using a cabinet use flat white paint because it is the most reflective paint. The dull side of alluminum foil is ok as well but mylar is best. Visqueen plastic is a good surface to put on the bottom to protect against water damage. However, most retailers don't carry Visqueen and you may have to order it, same goes for Mylar. Also, make sure you have good ventilation for a cabinet grow. Staginate air will just hurt your plants. Get a good oscillating fan that fits your cabinet. Intake and outake fans are also a must. Look up some grow cabinet designs on-line as well.
4.-As for scheduling. Go out and read. It is not that hard to find info online. There are some things in the FAQ section and then just go google Cannabis grow guides. You will find a lot of useful info. Read, read, read.
5.-Google search is your friend.

im not the reading type but ill do what i have too.
its not gonna be a cabinet probably just a cardboard box with the inside painted white and the lights shining in the top. I have 2 plants and it will all be in my attic so i dont rly need vents but i might have a fan blowing a slight breeze on them to circulate fresh co2. Im goin to Fred Meyers right now and i guess ill just get floresent lights.
If u have any suggestions or if anything in my plan sounds like a bad idea let me know.
