Yeah, I don't think there are "federal weed banks". There was some program started years and years ago, as an FDA study, that resulted in like 8 people in the country recieving joints every month from the feds. As far as I know, the ones who are still alive still get 'em. There was a High Times article a few years back though that showed some of the weed: nasty ass, brown, virtually THC-devoid shit (what do you expect, it was an FDA study on the medicinal value of pot). They didn't even take seeds or stems out before they rolled the ciggs and shipped them to these people...

uhhh...i dont really think there is such a thing as medicinal marijuana. when you get permission to use marijuana to ease your pain from a doctor, in a state where its medicial marijuana is legal it just gives you permission to grow x amount of weed....its as strong or as shitty as you make it...the government doesnt grow it for you. thats just stupid.
No, but there are cannabis clubs that will dispense this medicinal marijuana (grown by the cannabis clubs) to patients that can provide a letter of a doctor's reccomendation. There's a pretty big number here in california, don't know about other states. It's a good program, but cannabis clubs fall in this legal gray area, so it's wise to be a regular at a few.Quote:
