Hiiiii Questions about indoor/outdoor new seedlings

[align=center]I have little sprouts on some, they seem to be having a VERY slow start. These are good seeds too. The weird thing is I tossed a freebie whatever seed outside a couple months ago and it grew right away, I lost it in a ... ummm little backyard accident though. But these have been in a closet a little over a week since the seeds were in the papertowel (germinated?) I was wondering if I should put them outside for a little while then bring them back in. I know its not good to move them around alot and shock them but ive heard of people doing this. I hope you can help...

No do not do this i had some outside ones and brought em in and they died within a week.
