whats saliva

im a pothead, but what the hell is everybody talking about this saliva stuff for? what the hell is it? please someone fill me in!

Saliva is the fluid/juices that saturates your mouth. It not only acts as a lubricant, but a weapon, and the first stage of breaking down food you consume.
However, I have a faint notion that you're not talking about this common fluid. You're talking about SALVIA.
Salvia Divinorum is an herb in the Sage family. It is special however, becuase of the chemical Salvinorin A. This chemical is psychoactive.
It has been used spiritually for ages, but with this new day and age, people are trying as hard as they can to find new ways of evading the drug prohibition. Salvia has become a common headshop item, although not an entirely pleasant one. If you smoke enough, or a high enough extract, you can induce a very VERY strong trip, which many people say is the strongest drug (basically the one that fucks with them the most) they've ever taken.
The trip usually last 5 mins, but occasionally can linger longer, however the main peak only lasts a short while.

Most people experience a complete change in reality, they leave this world behind and go some place else. However, you dont know this is happening until the Trip ends. Its not like mushrooms where things will be exaggerated and trippy, where you build to the peak of your trip, with this you just get fucked and Go, there is no building to a climax, you're already there

Yeah i too have been researching about salvia lately. And although most of the experiences i've read about are bad trips...i would still like to try it for myself at least once.

There's no regulation on this plant by the federal government, so it would just depend on where you buy it from. head shop = 18 years to buy it. or get it off the internet.
