newbie aero bdroom setup

im going to be setting up my aero in a 2nd bedroom of a 2 bedroom apt.
room is approx 12x12x8ft ceiling, central a/c vent by ceiling on opposite side of room asthe aerojet 8 tray is going to be.
going to have dehumidifier
2 600 hps
several fans
mothers in a walkin closet without ventilation. will have fans
aerojet 8 try is approx 4x8 with 48 growsites, 6 per tray
going to have r/o for water and waterchiller to keep at approx 67 degrees
am going to put mylar on walls next to growsite
i am going to grow mothers in soil in closet
i am thinking of using gh flora liquid nutes
strain i am thinking of is ak-47
my questions are
1. do i need to duct the a/c vent to closer to the growsite(it is about 8 ftawayand up by the ceiling.
2.do i need to run an exhaust duct out of the room with carbon filter. or is an ozone gen enough.
3. questions 1 and 2 referring to the walkin closet thatwill have the doorshut alot especially durring night cycle for flowering in main part of room.
4.how many mothers will i have to have for 48 flowering growsites
5. can i mostly adjust/control temp/co2/ with oscillating fans and central air set in the apartment at about 70.
6.can ozone degradethe smell of the buds.
7. will i be able to get the .5 grams per watt per month with this setup ??

i am in a climate of about high in 90\\\\\\\'s in summer and 10\\\\\\\'s in winter, i am on 3rd floor apartment
8. how can i keep it cool in winter since heatwill be running. and window is going to be covered with dark drapes and then plywood.
9. how much would nutes be per 60 day+/- flowering cycle if using ghflora.
