New CFL Light Help

i just bought a 3 pack of cfls n i wanted to know if 23w was good each light gives 1600 lumes

depends what u r growing and how many :) and what technique you will be using..

E.G i recommend SOG for first timers (that was my first successful grow)

.....and also are they cool or warm?....

they are cool i only have one plant for now
