AN SAS hit team was last night hunting down the barbaric killers of Ken Bigley.

The troops and Americaâ??s crack Delta Force were ordered: â??Nail the bastardsâ?� after Ken, 62, was beheaded in Iraq.

They were closing in on the town of Latifiya, 22 miles south west of Baghdad, where Liverpool engineer Ken is thought to have been killed.

Intelligence officers at Britainâ??s GCHQ believe they have identified the area where butcher Abu Musab al-Zarqawi is holed up.

Zarqawi is believed to have personally executed Ken and two Americans snatched with him last month.

An SAS rescue unit has been on standby in Baghdad for a fortnight.

Communications between the kidnappers and al-Qaeda sympathisers have been intercepted.

Delta Force â?? Americaâ??s counter-terrorist equivalent of the SAS â?? are leading the operation which has already swooped on 70 members of Zarqawiâ??s group.

Yeeehhaaaww !!! Git em SAS and Delta !

Sooner or later,we're gonna nail those sob's !

I tell you what-if I were a hostage,I dang sure wouldn't be doing any begging or pleading,I'd utilize every component of SERE,and if I did any asking for anything-I'd tell the authorities not to try and free me with a ransom or any other form of capitulation.

I say-don't give the sob's any satisfaction !
