Any relation to Mary Jane???

Hi,
I was just wondering, Is the plant "Cleome" have any relation to weed?? The leaves look similar it it stinks like some killer shit. Is it poisonous, smokable, or just an odd coinsidence that it looks and smells like ganja?

Azaleas smell like ganja too. And some ganja smells like blueberries. And some basil smells like licorice. And some sage smells like pineapples. It's just the aromatic compounds the plant produces.
