Use this thread to tell me why you dislike cann.com...im curious

So ive been readin A LOT recently and i have been noticing a lot of bitching about this site. Personally i love this site, but a lot of people have been complaning and i want to know the EXACT reason why the people that dislike this site dislike it(make sense?).

Ive been here longer than SOME of the members that are complainin about this site i dont get why, i understand why people got mad about the psych forum being shut down because that was its own community in itself.

NOw we have people complaining about the ads...i mean i understand if it slows things down BUT is it that bad to see? I keep reading people complain about how this site is about money...and if its true, does it really matter? This place is still the same place ive been coming to for a while and nothing has bothered me.

Then we have people complaing about MODs banning like crazy...if you have examples i would like to see what your talking about, so post em.
Everytime i see "banned" under someones user name i research and look for posts to see why they were possibly banned, and so far i havent seen ONE unreasonable ban. I wish some of you guys were around when Beeblebrox420 was a mod, he would ban you and talk down to you like a little kid...and you see beeble isnt a mod anymore....hmmm

I like these mods they stay on top of there job and get rid of the stupid spammers/people who flame.

Then we have people complaning about the NOOBS...i think this is the stupidest complaint...theres always going to be new people, some cool, some rude. We just have to deal with it, back a year ago there noobs used to join and just spam. A thread about smoking or about weed would be taking over by a flame war, and it was uncontrolable.

I just dont get it, and then people try to make a point by leaving...like thats going to do anything, if you leave your just going to get forgotten unless you have personal friends from the site but if you dont...you will be forgotten.

Let it all out, i made this thread for that purpose, i wanna see everyones complaints because really there is ONE big thread for that yet, and im not trying to flame anyone, i just want to see the opinions of the people here.

exactly what you said i look at there previous posts and see no legitment reason to ban maybe it was posted in a nuked thread or in chat but i dunno...

and the mods sometime seem to lie.. about a post saying they didnt say soemthing but someone shows proof that they did say it and they still deny it NOT POINTING ANY FINGERS AT ANYONE OR ANYMOD....!!

and the whole new rules about nothing other than cannabis... WHY are we trying to impress someone "look we dont talk about anyother drugs just this other illegal one!!"

ill probably get banned for this....

im still pretty new here and from what ive seen everything is A-ok here nothing any other site doesnt go through time to time

In my opinion there will always be immature people 13, or 40 years old.
Always ganna be some immature people..

The Ads dont bother me, and i still see them, i had seen a program that was small { Ad MunCHER } and i dont use it, i like to click on the ad's every now and then because i know it gets them .1-.10 cents a click :)

see, dont think they are trying to impress anyone...i think they are trying to be safe in more ways than one...but like i said i can see why the people get mad about not being able to talk about other drugs, but at the same time i dont do other drugs(anymore) so it doesnt really bother me

The admin is trying his hardest to keep this place going, ads are the way to do it. And what about the games? Country flags under the post count? The "Current Moods"? Just things all designed to make this place cooler for the people here. If you don't like moving your index finger an extra centimetre on your mouse's scroll wheel for the sake of keeping this place free to the public, then you are one lazy fuck and don't deserve a place like this. it's not like forums as cool as these grow on trees

I don't see why there's all this bitching.

One, EVERYONE was a n0ob at some point, so everyone who gripes about all the new people, think back to when your post count was 12 and STFU in the meantime. No0bs are the ones that help the cannabis community grow. Yes, there will always be immature ones, old and young, but usually the ones who flame/act like idiots don't stay around too long. So stop worrying about them.. light one up and chill out.

Two, this site is named CANNABIS.com. I understand that the psych forum was a good place to get decent info if that's what you were into. I'm not, so I never visited. But the mods/owner might just be looking out for his own ass, hence the reason it was taken down.

I think the mods do a good job.

I don't really have any complaints other than all this bitching that is going on. Like Oreo said, go ahead and leave the site if you don't like it that much. Who gives a shit? There will always be someone to replace you. Ain't no skin off my back. :)

It sounds too me like the people who have been complaining are complaining because they don't have the self control to not argue with 11 ans 12 year olds. Just ignore them!! Don't open their threads, don't read there posts.. It's really easy. There are imature people everywhere... you're gonna have to deal with it your entire life, so get over it.
