Can I start a UK outdoor grow in July?

Hi there hope everyone's well. Just wondering, with the weather we've been having, and are due to have in the UK, can I start a seedling outside now?

hey stifnek, im in the uk, north west near liverpool, ive got a white widow plant now outside in july, it will b ready by october i think http://boards.cannabis.com/showthread.php?t=75206
thats my plant, at the bottom but it might be too late now, mine has been growing for about nearly 2 month i think it will flower before the cold gets here.

i started mine around the 15th of july, im from doobs ways outskirts of liverpool we had some scorching heat in july but lately its been pretty overcast, bits of rain quite windy. and reading up on it i planted mine very late so i probably would say give it a miss until next year unless your growing indoors.
