How much faster....

From my experinces it is 1 1/2 to 2 times faster. I usually grow for 6 weeks then flower. In the 6 weeks the pants are almost twice as big in hydro as in dirt. Flowering times vary depanding on strain but my plants are almost twice the size in hydro as compaired to dirt. I've done dirt grows since the 70's switching to hydro only last year.
Btw in 14 months of using hydro I've had 4 sucessful grows, working on 5th now. in dirt I only got 2 grows a year at best. The 5 babies are C99, i hope they are all girls. lol
