throat hurts

i no i dont have cancer or any shit like that but my throat feals olike shit every time i swallow it hurts like a bitch got any suggestions to make it go away

Just let your throat take care of it's self. I had a throat problem too. I even posted a thread about it because the aggrivation went on for too long but eventually your throat should heal too..Oh, and dont take throat medicine like it's candy. I think thats what caused my throat to hurt lol.

gargle with diluted oil of oregano.

And Gargle with hot salt and baking soda water. Twice a day.

take baby hits, oh and suck down your hit fast dont let it linger in your throat, blow out your nose a little while too
