take all 4 on a empty stomach,blaze a few and u will never wanna move again :D hehe i love hydros anyways almost every pill at my school goes for a dollar, so if i really want hydros i can get them for a dollar :D but 5 for 4 is also a good price cuz some ppl wont let u buy many for a dollar a piece
