Just go out and do something. Or I guess you could take a nap.
Exercise, drink caffeine, or as up in smoke said, go out and do something. Just do something that stimulates you.
Play a video game. Your mind will waken with the added stimulation.
if you have a Red Bull or an energy drink on hand that will tie you over and relax you so you don't feel so tired.
i normally like the burn out for sleep. but i try to stay active to keep awake, but sometimes its hard and i do nap.
Even when I'm feeling burntout, I can almost still keep myself up and at it. Most of my friends just pass out and end up getting beer cans thrown at their heads or some other shit to keep them awake. I try to tell them that it's all in their heads and if they focus they can keep themselves up.
But usually when I drink and smoke it's guaranteed I'll pass out.

i didn't read the other post but im sure someone has said this. get up walk around, or drink some coffee.
If you don't want to be so burnt out i say you need to get off your ass and do something. lol Just go out, maybe play a little sport. It works for me.
