I'm sorry I can't get any pictures. Althoe if any one can kinda understand what I'm saying and try to help me with my problem. My plants are around 20 ish day's old. There atleast 20 little leafs on it. 8-9 inches tall. It's July 22nd. It starts to get cold around september. Do you think my plant will even grow and bud. Or should I just stop takeing care of it. Its just some random bag seed also.

find out when the 1st frost was last year and you can kinda base it around that. A farmer almanac should have that info or maybe a local news website.
I started my plants late my self and they are still fairly small also. Where I live flowering starts about sept. 6th so the way I see it we got a hole month of veg. time. If your worried about your yield just grow more plants if you can to compensated for lack of hieght, that's what I did.
Marijuana will flower wether the plant is 1' tall or 12' tall, it's all a matter of how much you will get.
