Too much butter..?

I cooked 2.5g of weed (for only my friend and I) using a stick and a half of butter.
I poured it in the brownie mix but it's really soupy/liquidy.
I always made regular brownies with a lot less butter and the mix ended up being oozy/creamy.

Did I use too much butter?
The brownie directions said to use a stick and I used a stick and a half.

My parents are vacationing.
My friend is coming over at 11am tomorrow and we will start the eatin'.

I took em out after a long time baking..
They seem fine but I guess the butter will just make em super fuckin' soft.
Since I used so much butter, does that mean I should eat more? Like up to 2 small brownies?

I use 3x the amount of butter the box calls for, (1.5 cups) and they turn out extra strong and extra good!

I ate 4 and not too much happened.
I think I burned the butter too much..

Yep, I cook mine about half way between low and medium...but very carefully. If it starts to smell like its burning...stir and lower the temp.

I should have kept the temp. on the absolute lowest until I can't even turn the knob on the stove anymore.
Great, now I'm dry and got no money to do this again.
Damn it's too easy to make mistakes.

I'm making my first batch later on in the week and i've been trying to do alot of research.

Alot of my friends tell me that when you get your nuggs that your going to let simmer with the butter you should DUST THE SHIT out of your weed. Like stick it in the buster on high for 5 minutes straight, powder that shit.

Simmer on low with the butter. Use as much butter as the box tells you. For the batch i'm making i'll get 17 servings, and the recipe calls for 1/4lb of butter.

1/4lb = 1 cup

From what I understand for a whole pound of butter you should use a Ounce of buds. (28g)

Since i'm only using a Quarter pound i'm going to use a Dime (14g). I think it's a bit overkill considering the bud is some superfine AAA shit I grew myself but I want to get lit of these brownies, and get my friends lit too.

2.5g isn't even worth it bro, what you could do is make 4 cracker sandwiches though.

Bust up your 2.5 and coat 4 crackers w/ fatty peanut butter or nutelle, spread the buds ontop of the nutella so u have four dusted cracker halves, put another halve ontop and u've got urself a litttle sammich. Throw that bitch in the oven @ 400 for like 15 minutes, watch till the crackers get brown, take em out, cool em off and eat em. If you got dank bud that 2.5grams should get u really high.
